Using the online support service, you can select modes of communication that suit you. Many clients use email, others use Skype. Some clients text to set up a Skype conversation so their child can discuss their questions with an academic consultant.
Online support service addresses short questions or problems. The service is different from Marking and Feedback which provides detailed recommendations for improvement.
